After years in the solar industry, Matt saw firsthand how confusing the solar process could be for homeowners. Many customers were overwhelmed by conflicting information, confusing proposals, high-pressure sales tactics, and a lack of local support after the sale.
He believed there was a better way.
VRGN Solar was built around a simple idea: provide honest education, transparent pricing, quality solar solutions, and exceptional customer service while remaining a trusted local point of contact throughout the entire process.
Today, VRGN Solar serves homeowners and businesses throughout Western Pennsylvania with residential solar, commercial solar, battery storage, roofing solutions, and flexible financing options.

Matt founded VRGN Solar in 2024 after years of experience in the solar industry. A North Hills native who now lives in Mars, Pennsylvania, Matt built VRGN Solar around the belief that customers deserve honest information, local support, and a company they can trust for years to come. Matt oversees company operations, sales, customer experience, and strategic growth initiatives.
Marketing Director
Jaime oversees branding, marketing, social media, content creation, and community outreach for VRGN Solar. Her work helps educate homeowners while growing awareness of the VRGN Solar brand throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Vice President of Business Development
Brandon brings extensive solar industry experience and serves as a strategic advisor to VRGN Solar. His knowledge of business development, sales, operations, and customer experience helps guide company growth and long-term planning.
Director of Commercial Development
Trent leads commercial solar development efforts for VRGN Solar. He works with businesses, organizations, and property owners throughout Western Pennsylvania to identify opportunities for long-term energy savings through commercial solar solutions.
Residential Solar Specialist
Chris joined VRGN Solar in 2026 and brings three years of residential solar experience. He loves working one-on-one with homeowners to help them save money on their electric bills. In his free time, Chris creates music for local and national artists.
